The Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development Conference is thrilled to announce our Call for Exhibitors and Sponsors! We would love for you to join us for this event, which will be held September 10-13, 2024, at the Columbus Convention & Trade Center in Columbus, Georgia.
This conference features high-quality, dynamic programming that will draw 600+ participants who include afterschool and youth development professionals, administrators, front line staff, funders, stakeholders and community partners. Sponsoring and exhibiting at the 2024 Afterschool & Youth Development Conference will give you an opportunity to network and share your resources and services to this engaged and enthusiastic audience.
Exhibitor & Sponsor Opportunities
This year’s schedule includes dedicated time for participants to interact with exhibitors, guaranteeing exposure to your resources and the important work you do. There are multiple opportunities available. Please review the following to find out which approach is right for your organization! Options listed by level of interaction.
Learning Lab (1 available): $25,000
This unique, highly interactive and hands-on aspect of the Georgia ASYD Conference will allow participants to step into our Learning Lab, a model of what an afterschool program could look and feel like! All conference participants will have a chance to participate in this session designed to allow them to create their own learning, immerse themselves in the tools and participate in the activities in a way that ties all of the best practices and new ideas together to create high impact experiences for the young people they serve. This hands-on session fosters the integration of youth development theory, research and practice and is designed explicitly around the Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development Quality Standards. Participants will have a chance to engage in several best practice activities including the choice to dive deep into an activity tied to one of the Quality Elements in a space curated to look and feel like an afterschool program. The 2024 ASYD Learning Lab will be offered five times, allowing space for all participants at the conference to engage in this session. Learning Lab sponsorship includes:

Keynote (3 available): $15,000
Keynote sponsorship includes:

Breakfast Sponsor (4 available): $7,500
The most important meal of the day sponsored by your organization with the opportunity to present on material of your choosing for up to 10 minutes. This is the most direct line of communication between exhibitors and participants. Spots are limited; sign up early! Breakfast sponsorship includes:

- Logo on breakfast signage
- 10-minute speaking opportunity at breakfast (two sponsors per breakfast)
- Opportunity to put materials on tables for breakfast
