THE JOURNEY OF GOOD WORK
When we embark on the journey of using our lives to do good in the world around us, there are times where we feel like withdrawing from the work for a season or even quitting completely. From overwhelm and disagreement to failure and self-doubt, we encounter many valleys on the journey. The good news is that there are ways to discover a renewed sense of joy, grace, and healing, even in the midst of the hard work we do each day. This talk will give examples of reasons why we withdraw from the work we’re called to and how to keep showing up while prioritizing self-compassion and keeping the mission top-of-mind.
