Call for Exhibitors

The Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development Conference is thrilled to announce our Call for Exhibitors! We would love for you to join us for this event at The Classic Center in Athens, Georgia from September 16-18, 2020.

This conference features high quality, dynamic programming that will draw 600+ participants who include afterschool and youth development professionals, administrators, front line staff, funders, stakeholders and community partners. Exhibiting at the 2020 Afterschool & Youth Development Conference will give you an opportunity to network and share your resources and services to this engaged and enthusiastic audience.

New in 2020!

  • Exhibitor Time Blocks

The schedule will include dedicated time for participants to visit the exhibit hall. Afternoon snack on September 16 and lunch on September 17 will be hosted in the exhibit hall, so you will have guaranteed participant traffic. While participants are not limited to these times for exhibitor interactions, these time slots will guarantee facetime and networking opportunities!

  • Breakfast Sessions: $1,000

This new, exciting opportunity will increase exposure to your organization and resources and provide additional individualized time with participants. As a breakfast sponsor, you will have the opportunity to present material of your choosing for up to 45 minutes. Breakfast session spots are limited; sign up early!

Other Opportunities:

  • Exhibitor Table: $500 Regular / $400 Non-profit & Government

Includes one conference registration and one 6′ table on September 16 and 17. This option ensures the opportunity for interaction with participants.  Exhibitor fees include: Access to afterschool and youth development professionals; Listing in the Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development Conference program; and a booth with a 6’ covered table and chair.  Power, internet, materials storage, etc. will cost additional fees and will be coordinated directly through The Classic Center.  Information regarding this set-up will be provided upon submission and acceptance of Exhibitor Application.

  • Additional Table: $200 Additional 6’ table (adjoining)

 

  • Additional Registration: $150 Discounted conference registration for additional staff

 

  • Tote Bag Stuffer: $250 Participant tote bag item

 

  • “Take One” Resource: $150 per item

If you cannot attend the conference, we have a great option for you! Your product information (flyers, catalogs, postcards, etc.) will be displayed at a conference “Take One” table as a resource for our participants.

Exhibitor applications will be accepted through July 31, 2020. Exhibitors will be notified of their acceptance on a rolling basis.
