Carlos Whittaker
How to Human

Friday, September 9 at 10:45 am

We are more agitated than ever. We’re fighting. Wrestling with big issues. Less connected than ever to each other. It’s a perfect storm: increasing stress, crashing relationships, and forgetting what it feels like to be human.

In his talk and upcoming book, How to Human, Carlos Whittaker offers fresh vision for becoming the best versions of ourselves. We can refuse to let disagreements define us. We can say no to becoming angry, rage-filled humans, and say yes to fuller, happier lives. It begins as we make the shift from “me” to “we” to “everybody” in a three-part journey to BE, SEE, and FREE those around us.

Carlos Whittaker is a self-proclaimed “Hope Dealer” who spends the majority of his time telling stories on stages and phone screens across the world that lead people towards action.
He’s a Peoples Choice Award winner and the author of three books, Moment Maker, Kill The Spider, and Enter Wild, which all lead people towards freedom in some way, shape, or form. Carlos is the host of the popular podcast Human Hope w/ Carlos Whittaker and lives with his wife, 3 kids, and 5 chickens in Nashville TN.
