Sustainability is key when it comes to organizational longevity. Join us for this workshop to explore the fundamental elements of sustainability. This workshop will help participants learn how to clearly define organizational mission, vision, values and goals, maintain a sound budget and develop sustainable resources that can be used immediately upon return to the office. Participants will also gain knowledge regarding how to build collaborations, advocate for support and find funding.
